First commit of the Python SDK. Points at the consumer site gateway, not the cluster internals. Upload, query, manage collections -- one host, one auth token. The SDK doesn't need to know there are workers. Doesn't need to know there's a coordinator. It talks to .120 and .120 figures out the rest.
This is the API surface I actually want people touching. Everything behind it can change shape without breaking anyone's code.
