Self-service signup and API key generation are live. Before today you needed someone to manually create your account. That's not a product, that's a favor.
OAuth through the consumer site, pick a client ID, get a key. Whole flow is maybe 30 seconds. Should've done this months ago but there was always something shinier to chase.
