First real commit on the coordinator. Workers connect over WebSocket, coordinator tracks who's alive. That's the whole feature. No work assignment, no query routing, no epoch management -- just "these 3 machines are connected right now." Felt like cheating to call it a commit but the connection handling and reconnect logic alone took most of a day. Everything else builds on top of knowing who's in the cluster.
