January. Wrote OPS_TOOLKIT.md, a contributor guide, a docs index. One sync script per service -- rsync the code, build on the target, restart via systemd or PM2. Pre-sync quality gates so you can't deploy something that doesn't compile.
The root repo finally stopped being "some services in a folder." It's still not pretty, but there's a table of contents now and the sync scripts all work the same way. That's enough structure for 4 machines and one person.
