Planted an auto_tier flag in the coordinator schema. Boolean, defaults to false, doesn't do anything yet. Will eventually control whether the system auto-promotes collections between storage tiers based on query frequency.
Costs nothing to add a column now. Costs a migration and a deploy to add one later when you actually need it. Filed under "things I'll be grateful for in 3 months."
